Do you guys accept custom designs?We most certainly do. Please contact us through our email to discuss the details of your designs, time to make and deliver and the price for your own custom product.

Where do you ship to?We ship all across the UK at a fair and transparent price.

How long does it take for you to ship?This will depend on your location as shipping times vary depending on how far away you are from our location.

How do I pay for the products?You can pay with card such as Visa or Mastercard, even Google Pay.

Where do I go to buy the products?When you click add to card, your product will immediately be added to your cart which you can locate in the top right of the website, it looks like a shopping cart in a orange box.

Do you accept refunds/exchange?Absolutely, as long as you tell us the reason why you are unhappy with the purchase due to quality or not being what you wanted. We shall assist you however we can to make it as hassle free as possible. Please make sure that item is not used as that might effect the refund policy. The refunds/exchange is only available for 14 days after purchase.

When will I get the money back?You will get the money back once we have verified you have returned the product.

How do I return it?Please first contact us and state the reason of the return, we will then send you the address to where you are meant to send it back to.
